dream ware nasal cushions

Post by newtoCPAP2018 » Sun Mar 03, 2019 10:14 pm

I have the dream wear nasal cushions for a female with the two stretchy bands in the back. I just can't seem to keep this on my head all night! It falls off each night! I have tightened as much as I can. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this problem?

What size frame are you using?

I have the same mask and headgear as you do. You didn't mention whether you have short hair or long hair, which could have something to do with it. I have very long hair, so before installing it on my head, I put my hair in a ponytail with a band, and then slip my ponytail between the two straps and then remove the band. I'm not 100% sure where the straps are supposed to set on the back of the head, but I like it further down. It moves during the night to just about ear level. I have not had it come completely off, but it does rise from where I start off putting it. If you haven't thought of it and if your hair is long enough, inserting it between the two straps might help.

And, as previously mentioned, are you sure your headgear is the correct size for your head?

I have short hair and I slip the bands under my hair like I would do a hairband. Never had a problem.
