CPAP firmware version
CPAP firmware version
Anyone know the updated firmware version for Remstar Auto M series?
The version of my machine is 2.14. If there is an updated version, how can I upgrade the firmware.
I wonder whether the missing daily details for Saturday night is due to the bugs of the software inside the machine.
Thanks.
Alex

Thank you all for your reply.
According to the information provided, I think the missing data is not due to the version of the firmware. But, it is still worth to upgrade the firmware because the software will affect the algorithm of the machine to handle data and to change the pressure for auto machine.
Anyone know is there a policy in Respironics to upgrade the firmware for the customer?

Why do you think that? I think it could be either the firmware or Encore Pro that causes the Saturday missing data problem when there are exactly seven sessions on the card (and maybe more variables are involved as well).AlexLaw wrote:According to the information provided, I think the missing data is not due to the version of the firmware.
