Nasal pillows - ever tried trimming a too-small size to fit?

I have extra pillows in sizes too small for use as-is. Have you ever cut the opening larger and did it work out?

Yes, I've done that. You need some precision cutters, but if you get it right it works fine. I'm sure that the URL that was given above will talk about the tools that you need. If that one doesn't, there are other postings about how to do this that you can find via searching.

Best to have spares--just in case.
Some have a feathered edge (tapered), so the new edge could be stiffer.
