And then there is decaf.
My mom mixed decaf 50/50 with the other stuff.
She then got rid of the green can before it could be found.
Nobody was the wiser. (Or so she said)

My brother is red-green color blind, so she could be right.

I hope your caffeine detox is going well. I decided to quit "again" around the 21st and I'm at 1/2 the amount per day. End of first week at 1 3/4 amount was bad, headaches and fatigue. I expect to be off by the 25th or so.
Best of Luck.

I drink a lot of Barley Cup from the health food store - it tastes quite like coffee but is caffeine free.
I also drink this. Or "Pero" or "Caffix"
Strangely, my brain accepts a cup of this dark, bitter beverage better than it accepts decaffeinated coffee.

How is the caffeine detox working out for you?
I'm down to 1/4 the amount of caffeine each day and feel good, not craving coffee (sorta) but all in all doing well. Should be off by Feb. 25.
Using 200mg caffeine pills to come off.

I am down to about 1 espresso shot a day...I am a crappy addict and can't seem to nix it all, but I am substantially down from 2-3 cups a day I guess. Feels bad lol.

I like weaning off with tea. Or — yes it’s bad for you— Red Bull (small can) or soda. They all have less caffeine per serving. When I’m avoiding caffeine I love decaf it just helps me mentally. Good luck!

Thanks, Yes this seems to support my decision to choose caffeine tablets with a supposedly fixed dose instead of a guess of how much caffeine in the next cup of coffee be it from work, home, restaurant, coffee shop, friend's house.

I don't need coffee, tea, or even Dew.
Just do NOT get between me and dark chocolate.
Ghirardelli 60% cacao chips--about a half ounce, does it for me.

Thank you, Granny.
I knew there was some in there.
That and all the theobromine--makes me a happy froggie.
I only have some every few days--but it picks me up better than anything else.
Chocaholic, I am, but I have found my minimum.

It's only been a month, seems to me you are moving along, but not so much if your goal was "no caffeine"
Let your body get used to 1 shot a day and move from there.
