I have seen the thread but haven't said anything because I couldn't think of any ideas that might be of help.

Waking after a REM cycle is normal. Most of the time we don't remember it but for some people they are awake long enough to formulate a memory.

You have so many zoomed in graphs that it makes the most important zoomed in graph (the flow rate) graph a bit hard to evaluate the breathing pattern.

Some of the flags looks like you were asleep but some also look like arousal breathing flags to me but as to what caused the arousal....million dollar question.
It's kinda hard to evaluate because the scale is so small.
When you zoom in on events to look at the flow rate you don't need all those other graphs that are showing up.

Maybe if you go back to that thread and zoom in more closely someone will maybe have some ideas.

If you are having arousals related to sleep disordered breathing air flow reductions and need more pressure to resolve those issues and more pressure causes aerophagia issues then you are caught between the proverbial rock and a hard place.
