Would getting a more mainstream machine, like an Autoset 10 For Her help? Or do you reckon the difference is not worth the a price tag?
I am sorry but I can't really give you a good solid answer on that one. I know nothing about your machine's auto algorithm and how it might compare to the ResMed Auto algorithm.
Each brand has their own algorithm or way of doing anything and sometimes the results from one brand to another is significant...and sometimes not so much.
I can give you a video that compares Respironics algorithm to the ResMed but I haven't ever seen a comparison of your machine brand to any brand. Doesn't mean it isn't out there though...I just haven't seen it.

You can at least see that different brands go about their jobs differently...now which does a "better" job...that falls under the YMMV category.
I have used the Respironics auto algorithm and of course the ResMed I now use....I much prefer the ResMed's way of doing their job.
With the Respironics I had to use 10 minimum and 20 max (about 2 exhale relief which is all the machine will give) to get a decent result.
With the ResMed I am using 7 minimum and 20 max and adding in 3 EPR (3 cm exhale relief)...and I get a better result and better sleep in general. I spend less time up around 15 with the ResMed than I did with the Respironics.
Is there any way you can rent the Resmed auto to just try it????
Ah, Israeli healthcare, well. It's great that it's there, because if I split open my head I know I'm getting treatment for free and right now. But some stuff just aren't there yet, like UARs and even milder cases of sleep apnea. Heck, even severe sleep apnea patients pay out of pocket for half the machine's cost.
Anyhow, /rant. I'll try and find something to try I guess, but more than likely I'll just have to buy one someday to see how it is. I do think it might be better for me specifically as I've heard the For Her version is a bit more sensitive to RERAs, which seem to be mostly my issue. Thanks for the input, Pugsy.

Should you decide to buy on your own at some point and having a hard time finding good deals...be sure to check out secondwindcpap.com
The sell and ship internationally.
Have some new open box special deals as well as gently used low hour machine deals.
And yes...be sure to get the for Her AirSense 10 AutoSet... that special algorithm may or may not suit your needs but at least it's available.
Always better to have something and not need it than need it and not have it.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Oh, you can turn off the special algorithm and have it work like a regular Autoset 10 Airsense? That helps, I'll definitely get the For Her version.
Pressure raised up to a 13.5min. There's a slight trend of improvement on the charts, but as soon as I went to 15-14 mins I started feeling a little off. Maybe not related as it was only two nights, but I don't really want to try again for now. 13.5 pressure provides me of a 1.65-3.5 AHI range, although these events still cluster and my flow pattern isn't as nice to look at as I'd want it to be. Solutions: Buy an Autoset For Her as mentioned and see if it helps. Also, wait it out. Maybe it'll get better, or I'll be able to tolerate more min pressure.

Are these air events real? I've lowered the min to 12.5.

The last one is a typical clustering of events.

This looks like periodic breathing rather than obstructive apnoea a normal cpap machine won’t treat this type of breathing you need an ASV type machine to reduce your AHI further

Getting a For Her Airsense 10, if that doesn't work to reduce the ahi to <0.5, ASV is the next step. Thank you for the input.
