Based on several recent personal experiments ~.25ml of Indica Oil (30 mg/ml THC, 0.7 mg/ml CBD) an hour before bed helps me sleep.
I don't feel high it just seems to make my legs feel less cold and crampy.
I wake up bright eyed, bushy tailed and hungry.
~.5 ml of the same makes me uncomfortably high.
