What are you wanting explained?
Do you have specific questions?
Please don't do multiple threads where you jump around all the time and we have zero idea what you are doing or talking about.
We can't read your mind and we can't remember what you wrote yesterday or even earlier today in a different thread.

We don't know how you slept?
We don't know how you feel?
We don't don't see any question of than "how's this" and it's not clarified as to what you want explained.
Nor do we even now what your goals are.

Did you read this thread....
viewtopic/t172378/Sticky--Newbies-PLEAS ... STING.html
and see this
Even if you just have a lot of different questions specific to you and there will probably be many of them...keep all your various question in one thread for a while. Don't make a new thread/topic with each new question. It helps us help you better if all your jumble of questions is in one thread. Even if the questions are widely varied in topic.
The whole idea is to keep as much as possible in one thread so that we don't have to go back and read half a dozen threads you started to see what might have already been said. We often don't have the time to do that...anything that you can do to save us time will mean we can help you better and faster.
and this
Also...please include how you think you slept and how you feel if you post a copy of your report. We can't read your mind.
Along with what it might be that you need help understanding. The more information you give us up front...the faster and more complete answers you will get.
If you want help....you have to help us help you by giving us as much information as possible and asking questions about what your goals might be and how to obtain them.

Pick a thread and consolidate it...and stick to it for right now. Multiple threads without any useful history....I don't even bother to look at. If people can't help me help them...I move on to those that try to help me help them.

How's what?

You're making it exceedingly hard to try to help you.

1. Did I give the data in the format you wanted?

2. I am trying to not be tired all the time, trying to optimize. APAP setting currently set 4-20. What would be a good 2nd step. I was considering adding a ramp from 4 to 8. Setting minimum pressure to 8.

Like I said in your other thread.. minimum pressure 8.

Also, please stop making multiple threads, as the READ THIS BEFORE POSTING post says.

I had my drs appointment today. He didn't look at my sd card or comment on the pressure changes I made. He had a printout from the DME and commented on my noncompliance 15% of the time. He said my sleep problem is resolved. :) Last night my AHI was 0, no RERA and only 1 flow limitation.

I can't believe how awesome this website and SleepyHead is. Very worth the bother to download it.
