Do you happen to know if your OSA was made worse either on your back or during REM stage sleep?
i rarely sleep on my back so i would guess during REM
I would try 7 cm minimum first if going from 5 to 7 is comfortable enough. If not comfortable try 6 for a few nights and see what happens and then maybe go to 7. Work your way up. It's not urgent that you make a big jump.
i'll see if i can figure out how to adjust after work today. I couldnt prior it just showed the set 5-15 but will look more
You can turn the pie chart off...Preferences/appearance tab...just remove the check mark for showing the pie chart.
No need to redo these images though...we can see what we need to see well enough like it is now.
i'll take that off next time. Did i do ok with the images otherwise?

Go here and request the clinical/provider manual for your machine.
https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap- ... tup-manual
It explains how to get to the setup menu area where you can make changes.
There is a short cut version available at the above link but I always recommend that people go ahead and get the manual and then read it because it has some useful information in it that the typical user manual doesn't have.

Your images were fine for the most part. Something weird going on with some of the shading but I could see what I needed to see well enough so not worth worrying about.

You don't really need the snore graph....not much going on with it.

You can look here and compare your images to mine....minor difference mainly in the graph shading stuff which I have no idea why yours looks weird but it doesn't hurt anything.

Your clustering really appears to mimic REM pattern. I have seen it often myself so fairly familiar with it.
You just need more pressure in REM. I had to do the same thing...raise the minimum a little to give the machine a better head start when dealing with REM stuff.
Excellent argument for using auto adjusting mode (apap) because if using fixed cpap mode you would have to use higher pressures all night long just to deal with the 20% of the night we are in REM. It can be done but sometimes not much fun.
My minimum is 7 but I see up to 15 or so during REM. I rarely get any clustering of anything at the 7 minimum setting (AHI averaging less than 1.0 and often most of that is SWJ false positives) and while I could probably use 15 all night if I had to....sure wouldn't be very comfortable.

Welcome to the forum. Be careful of the sore spots on your nose. I had the same problem when I first started and ignored it like an idiot. I ended up with a large, open sore on my nose. You can use a small band-aid on your nose, or a small piece of mole skin. You can find mole skin in the foot section of a pharmacy or Walmart. It is normally used as a padding for blisters. I used to put a piece on my nose every night when I was using a different mask, but I don't need it with my current mask. If you decide to use it nightly, it is available at Amazon in fifteen foot rolls.
I don't have any grand advice for a FFM user regarding the issues outlined, I just wanted to respond regarding the moleskin. When I was in the military, I used to wear moleskin on the undersides of my feet on the hardest contact points to prevent blisters while on upwards of 25 mile road marches (Korea, those were fun). It actually performed admirably, except for the one time where I took my right boot off and blood poured out. I got to ride in the vehicle after that.
