I've been using Dreamstation Apap since September 20th, almost 100% compliance. The first sleep study I felt too claustrophobic so there wasn't titration done, but the second sleep study went very well and I was told I needed a pressure of 15.
I've since been using my Apap set at 13.5 min and 15 max. I'll attach a few recent files.
I haven't felt good at all since the start of it's use. The only change I've had in these 3 months is that I don't wake up usually anymore in the middle of the night. However, I still feel excessively tired all through the day, feel sleep deprived and don't have any energy at all.
Around the 10th of November, my sleep doctor said that according to the readings, I'm technically treated and hence we need to find other reasons for my symptoms. He started me on a course for escitalopram, antidepressant. I started with 5mg for about a month and then he told me to up it to 10mg about 10 days ago. I talked to a psychiatrist about this too who said I really don't have depression and that I shouldn't need this. But my sleep doctor was adamant so we tried. I've only felt more drowsy, have excessive and lenghty yawning etc which are supposed to be side effects. Around this time, due to the medicine or not, I've been sleeping very long, about 10 hours each night. But I feel horrible. I feel so tired right now that even typing this is an effort, and I woke up an hour ago.
I'm attaching a few SH screenshot, and in another message I'll attach the sleep study findings if that helps. Please do help. I'm a 20 year old, not too overweight active guy who really needs to study right now but I really can't because I have no energy or concentration.

A lot of people don't feel that much better until they get an ahi under 2. Your ahi is fine by doctor standards, but you may need it a bit lower to feel better. I'd bump your minimum to (not much higher) and see if that does a little bit better and brings your ahi down a tad. Give it a few nights and see if you feel better.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?
Re: 3 months in - Feeling worse than ever :(
Is there a reason why your max setting is only 15 vs 20 (considering your min. is relatively high)? Any reason you can't bump it up and see if it helps anything? And quite honestly I wonder at the sleep doctor's insistence you stay on that med... even though you feel worse. It's your body and if your psychiatrist doesn't even 'get' why you need (any) drug, I'd taper off slowly - the slowly par† is very important - until you feel better. Unfortunately, there are 'sleep' doctors and there are sleep doctors, and I'd want to possibly find another one if I were you.
