Hello Everyone.
I am looking to adjust my settings a bit. I have been at this pressure for about two years. About 5 months ago I would average an AHI of 2. The main life changes are a much more stressful job and a weight gain of about 10 pounds. There are some things I can work on like my weight and more cardio.
For now are there any suggestions for pressure changes. My initial study had me at ~ 65 AHI from 3 years ago.

Re: Looking to adjust my settings
I would add 1 cm to the minimum EPAP and that would be the only change I would make at this time.

Re: Looking to adjust my settings
I can find an acorn every now and then.
You know I was looking at your settings and you have a great machine in the bipap but you really have tied its little hands so that it doesn't function much like a bipap.
Any special reason for that?
Your machine doesn't do much bilevel much at all because of your PS minimum being set to 0.0. Yeah it could go to 5 but it never does and rarely goes over 0.0.
Do you not like how bilevel with 2 distinct pressures feel?
Most people when using bilevel will take advantage of the PS to make things a little more comfortable. Have you done that and not like it or just never tried something like maybe PS minimum more than 0.0?
If you have tried it and simply didn't like it...that's fine...I know some people don't care for it and if that's the case just ignore what I am about to suggest.
Which is..next change.... add in a little PS...maybe 2.0 minimum. The added IPAP that adding in PS of 2 will give you will help clean up some of that remaining clutter on your reports. IPAP is what we generally increase for hyponeas.
There's no urgent need to try this...your report is fine the way it is and you report your feel better...that's the main thing.
But it's just a little tweak to maybe make things a little better...might work and might not but it's something I would try if it were me and I had never tried it before.
Now if I had already decided I didn't like using PS and preferred a single pressure feeling...then of course no need to try it.
Just a little trick I learned on the way when I was looking for acorns.
