can you tell me more about this sleep-wake junk... It's a term I've read about a lot but I'm nnot quite grasping the concept and how it relates to our therapy and what it means Etc

Takes a lot of time and experience to sort them out sometimes as it isn't always clear cut.

When there's a lot of SWJ flags....means that the sleep quality itself is riddled with a large number of wake ups or fragmented sleep (that we may or may not remember) and it doesn't always come from sleep apnea breathing issues.
Meds, other health issues, comfort, external factors, etc....all can mess with our sleep quality.

The ‘red’ line is a sleepyhead drawing error you have epr off your ipap and epap pressure is exactly the same the green line is epap and the red line is ipap or machine pressure it means nothing that you can see a period of the red epap line

You've been delaying doing what has been suggested, and instead just asking tons of questions... I've got nothing against helping to educate new people, in fact I love it, but you've been confrontational from the word go...

If that's your way, that's fine, you do what you want, but be aware it wears on people's patience, and you may drive away people that get tired of trying to help you.
