I have installed Sleepyhead on my Windows 7 laptop. When I insert the SD card and try to import data, I get a message saying CPAP data is on f directory, import? I say yes, get message that cpap data is imported. When I click on the overview, the message with the little sheep says that no data has been imported. My DME has told me they have received data through the cell modem for me. Could they be clearing the data somehow after they receive the download? I am new to this, 3 weeks to be exact. I am getting the DreamMapper data via Bluetooth but it doesn’t tell you much.
I have Phillips Respironics Dream station auto CPAP.

They cannot erase your SD card. Put your SD card in your computer and check the card to see what files are on the card. I am not sure what files PR machines put on the card, but Resmed machines place the following files on the card: Datalog folder, Settings folder, identification.crc, identification.tgt, and STR.edf. Make sure your machine is actually writing to the card.

Re: Newbie needs Sleepyhead help
Folder labeled Profiles. I think that was put there when setting up SH. My name is in it
Folder labeled P-SERIES subfolder 22684736, with folders D, E, PO, inside random files with numbers. None are readable
FILES NAMED LAYOUT.XML FROM YESTERDAY
files named Preferences.xml. From yesterday
When I checked this card before I set up SH it only had the P series folder on it. My guess is I didn’t write protect the card. When I installed SH these files must have written to the card. There is still no data showing up in the program though.
I have a cell modem that is supposed to transfer data to my DME. She claims she is getting it. If I click on send/receive, the upload fails, telling me 1-1 carrier network issues. So how does she get the data?
Any help would be great. I think I’m going to get a call saying I destroyed the SD card. Lol

Re: Newbie needs Sleepyhead help
The P Series folder and all sub folders/files were put on the SD card by the Respironics machine.
Locking the SD card is NOT needed for Respironics machines. That was really only needed to be done for the ResMed S9 machines.
What is the model number of your machine? It's on a sticker on the blower and starts with DSX and then 3 digits and maybe some letters and digits after the 3 digits.
Go into the P0 folder...how many different file types (files with extensions) are there shown?
something like xxx.001, xxx.002 and maybe some others.

Re: Newbie needs Sleepyhead help
Glad you got it working. Sometimes SleepyHead just gets confused for some reason or other.
Maybe an incomplete install or corrupted download or something like that.

Re: Newbie needs Sleepyhead help
It seems you set the destination data directory for Sleepyhead to the SD card as there should not be a profiles directory on the SD card it should be on your computer drive when you first installed that generally causes sleepyhead to have a fit.
As it’s trying to read and write data to the sd card not good glad your now sorted
