New Pad A Cheek for F&P 432 Review

Post by MD727 » Tue Nov 14, 2006 2:35 pm

I received the new Pad A Cheek for the F&P 432 yesterday and I am happy to report that like all of the Pad A Cheek products I have purchased, this new one works just as well. The Pad A Cheek for the 432 has a large center pad which helps alleviate the pressure from the “spike” (a term I use so lovingly) that this ff mask has. I had been using a homemade pad which did not fit properly, and while it helped it did not fit as well as the new 432 Pad A Cheek. I am happy to report that this new Pad A Cheek has significantly reduced the redness I once had. In addition, it still allows me to remove the mask easily for cleaning without having to completely remove the Pad A Cheek every day. My only difficulty with this new Pad is that you have to be very deliberate about putting the mask on carefully, as the Pad can slide up or down in the process. If you’re not careful about making sure the Pad A cheek is in the right position before fully “strapping in” it is difficult to adjust thereafter. I believe this be a minor problem at best. In conclusion, this new pad is a must have for any F&P 432 wearer. It helps reduce facial markings and does not interfere with mask performance whatsoever. Most importantly, it improved my sleeping comfort.
