Hey guys,
I'm such a procrastinator. I've been dealing with this for years now and finally decided to really dig into it. First let me say that I've swapped this machine out four times and now I actually have two of them, one with almost no use.
I just read some great articles here on preventing rain out with short hose cozies and barrel cozies. I'm actually going to try them, although I think my problem is deeper than the mask or short hose cooling.
When I have to wake up five times at night to shake out moisture, the heated hose is not heating and there is also water leaking at the connection of heated hose and short hose.
When I first go to bed and turn it on (Manual at 78-82 deg), it gets nice and warm, but at some point, it stops heating and that's what I think is happening. Now, here's where I'm stuck as far as what to do now. As I said, I have two different machines and they both do it. The three I had before did it. I've tried brand new hoses, but even they don't help. For some reason they just stop heating. Am I crazy? Any suggestions? Thank you, I appreciate it.

What's the temperature of your bedroom/house?

Is your machine located somewhere a few inches below your head? Excess water will run back to the machine instead of to your face.
