Sleepyhead question

Post by SarahB » Wed Oct 03, 2018 12:44 am

Hi. When I went on Sleepyhead the other day it prompted me to set up my profile all over again. Now I find I'm registered under two user names. How can I delete one of the profiles?

Go to your MyDocuments folder and look for a folder with SleepyHead beta testing in the name.
Open that folder and look for a folder called "Profiles" and open that folder. In it you will see the 2 user profiles. You can highlight the one you want gone and manually delete it.

I’m new and overwhelmed. Can’t find the Newby sticky to read posting rules. But I have LOTS of questions

There are no separate groups or forums or sub forums here. It all goes in one big pot.

You know, Zonker, the whole reason that the sticky "READ THIS BEFORE POSTING" is there in the first place is to save *everybody* time, the people that are trying to help, AND the person posting questions. If they give us what we need in the first place, we can dive right into helping, instead of asking a bunch of questions and having them waste time redoing their screenshots.

Just sayin.

you know, palerider, i really appreciate you giving me a public scolding. it's almost guaranteed to get me to do as you want.

in this case, it seemed TO ME that nan needed a little boost just to get her to post in the first place. IMHO, it would've been a bit onerous to ask her to go through hoops first thing out of the box.

You might have noticed that she was actively looking for the information to do things the best way when you encouraged her to just fuggidaboudit, instead of pointing her to what she asked for.
