Sleepyhead Newbie - Clear Airways, Obstructive Events, Large Leak

Post by jagstyles » Wed Sep 19, 2018 12:16 pm

I've just installed and imported all my data from my Airsense 10 CPAP machine and on average I get AHI readings of less than 2.00. I have noticed that events that are most common are either Clear Airway or Obstructive, but both read less than 0.60 index readings on average.

I guess my question is, are these numbers considered good and what else should I be doing to investigate these events more closely? I'm still trying to understand the main difference between Obstructive, Hypopnea, Clear Airway etc.

Any suggestions/feedback would be appreciated.

P.s - Unfortunately, my machine is not the Autoset so I'm stuck with a constant pressure of 8.0 which is what my prescription called for.
