p&b nightstar 320 problem, any advice?

Hello all,
normally dont post, just do a lot of reading, but recently had a problem.
My nightstar 320 bilevel powers on,has every indication of being on,
but produces no air or pressure, the lights and screen all come on, and the screen even shows that all is working, just nothing from the hose.
any advice before I pitch this unit and search for another?
