Welcome to the forum.

See this manual. You may need to go into the clinical setup menu area and this manual explains how.
https://sleep.tnet.com/home/files/resme ... -guide.pdf

Climate control option won't display unless you have a heated hose attached.

This setting below is what is controlling the heater plate to the water chamber when you don't have a heated hose attached.

Hi all,

I don't see the Climate Control option on my AirSense either. I only have 2 options under "tube" in the clinical menu: standard and slimline.
I'm not sure if i have the heated tub, but regardless of regular or heated tub, doesn't the climate control regulate the heating metal plate below the water holder cup and not the tube? Can anyone advise please? Thank you!

Some other settings that my AirSense is currently set to:
-start pressure 4
-set pressure 6.4
-ramp time 5
-humidity level 3
-essentials plus
Like pugsy says just above, If you don't have a working heated tube, all you get are the sizes, and the humidity setting.

Thanks all, i'm based in the US. What's the process of getting a heated hose? Can I just buy or have to call the insurance?

You can get one on ebay, or amazon, or any CPAP supplier. Whether it'd be cheaper through your local DME after insurance or not will depend *entirely* upon YOUR insurance.

You can just buy one at any place online that sells them if you wish. No RX is required.
Now if you want your insurance to pay for it then you need to call up your DME and tell them what you want but if it's not been 3 months since you got the hose you are using now your insurance may not pay for it until the allowance period is up. It all depends on your insurance and what their replacement allowance might be and did the DME bill out for the hose you have now separately.

I just got mine at Amazon...Didn't cost but a couple dollars more than my co pay if I had used my insurance and I didn't have any hassle and it was mailed to me quickly.
I got that Prime account thing so I make use of it every chance I get.
EBay might be another source.

Just make sure that you get the one for your machine and not the one for the S9 machine.
