Hello all!
I have been on my therapy for a few months now and was wondering what tips you could give me, if any, to continue to lower my AHI. Any suggestions will be most appreciated.
USING Phillips Respironics DREAMSTATION, CHIN STRAP and PHILLIPS Nose Pillows.

In which position(s) do you sleep?
How do you feel during the day? Good energy level? Any excess sleepiness?

You could try a little more minimum pressure...like 1 cm more but it may or may not make much of a difference in the AHI.
It's not urgently needed but the presence of some FLs and snores and RERAs points to not quite optimal therapy yet...just more of them than I would like to see if it were my report. Usually just a little more minimum will reduce those items (which aren't part of the AHI) and also reduce the OAs and hyponeas a bit.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I start sleeping face up but I eventually turn to the side. I don't feel anywhere near as tired as I did before therapy. No need for naps and the Mental FOG of living with Sleep Apnea is gone. I just thought that striving for an AHI of 1 or lower might give me even MORE superpowers! Muahahahahah.
I will try to UP the Minimum by 1 and see what results I get. Sounds like a good Idea.
Thanks for the rapid response.

Don't hold your breath for becoming superman..but it doesn't hurt to try.
Some people do notice a marked difference if they can get that AHI down closer to 1.0 but others can't really tell much difference between 0.5 and 4.5...I am one of the later. For me my main factor in how I feel is hours of sleep...I never get as much as I need or want but that's not related to cpap or sleep apnea. I have some other issues going on that cpap can't fix.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

It looks the other way around from your charts. It's common to need a higher pressure on your back compared to sides or stomach.
Of course, we can't tell from the charts when you fall asleep. It could be you are lying awake for some time, fall asleep on your back, pressure requirements go up, eventually turn to side and pressure requirements go down. (That's as much wild speculation as I have done in a week.)
