Hi
Does anyone know if you can add anything to the water in a humidifier to help nasel congestion, or is this a big "NO NO"

BIG NO NO!
Use only distilled water (or some other version of purified water in a pinch)

ahhh thats a shame.... oh well the only thing I can find with distilled water in is some 100yr old whisky.....LOL

If you do a search there are tons of posts on various nasal rinse techniques, sprays etc that may help your congestion. My congestion actually got better with CPAP. Too much humidity for me though can make it worse. Need to find the right balance for you.
