You have scrunched the graphs so small in your effort to get them all in one image that they are hard to evaluate.

Use just one pressure graph (the regular pressure graph is sufficient) and omit the snore graph since it doesn't have anything worth looking at.
See the examples here...compare how easy they are on the eyes to yours.
viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html

All that said...no need to re do this one....
If this were my report I would increase that minimum pressure 1 cm...maybe 2 cm but I would start with 1 cm.

Also..when you do post images for member input...always include how your slept and felt. These numbers don't mean much without knowing about sleep quality and how you feel.

Thank you,

Other than waking up 5 times I slept ok.
Still very tired though.

I included another date to show you some more problems that I am having for years.

The graphs can be resize, moved or even turned off.
To resize take your mouse cursor and hover it on the bottom line of each graph until you see a short double line...then click and drag the mouse to resize it. You must have done it already to get the graphs so tiny.

To turn graphs off...look down at the bottom right and expand the little arrow and click on the green/black bar to change it to red. This hides the graph that isn't needed.

You can also click and drag the entire graph if you wish.

You have some large leak issues going on. See the 2 periods where the LL is flagged? Roughly 4 AM to 5 AM.
Did the leaks wake you up at all?

The worst it went to was 48 L/min... If it wasn't quite so prolonged I wouldn't worry so much about it or if it was under 35 L/min I would worry about it less.

Which directions page? The one here
https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead/shorganize

Yeah... I know my directions are different but I did my directions to make things simpler and get people to give me screen shots in the format that I like to see because I know what I need to best evaluate the therapy.

You are free to use anyone's directions as long as you end up with an image I can evaluate.
When the graphs are so tiny...I simply can't see them well enough to evaluate them. I gotta see if first.

What you might do is create another user profile and upload the data to it and then don't screw around with the graph sizes so much because the default sizing is much bigger and easier to see.

I know this is a lot but my sleep doctor and my cpap tech are no help at all.
They either say it is due to leaks or I am not using it enough.
That is not helpful.

Here is one day

Here is a concern

Why do I have so many chunks of usage? the chart below shows two but sometimes it is 6-7.
Is this from waking up and turning machine on and off?
what is blank space?

Are you waking often and turning the machine off when you wake up?
If you are the blank spaces and the usage in chunks is just a reflection of you sometimes having the machine off and not being used.

I can't see much with your graphs except the AHI I can read...I think maybe a slight increase in the minimum pressure might be in order.
The reports where the AHI was 5 to 8...the minimum pressure was 5.
Now the minimum pressure is 8 cm and the AHI is running in the 3 ish range.
A little more minimum pressure will likely reduce that AHI a little more.
Will it make you wake up less often...don't now but worth trying.
Not all wakes are from sleep apnea events. We can have poor sleep quality and a lot of wake ups from stuff unrelated to sleep apnea.
The machine can't fix problems that aren't related to sleep apnea.

Any chance that medication side effects might be causing some wake ups/insomnia?

Yeah, I think so.

I never knew that.

I ve been reading that Trintellix can cause sleep problems.

I m trying to taper.

Last, I heard gabpentine can fix sleep.
Either way, I appreciate your help.

I just need to keep working at fixing the leak and find a way to not wake up as much, and of course deal with the withdrawl.

thanks again.
