CPAP use
Hello, this is my first time using a CPAP machine. It's been a month in and I'm still having a hard some some nights, I was just wondering how other people did with theirs at first.
Re: CPAP use
Why don't you fill in your equipment profile so we know your machine and mask. Why not explain exactly what is bothering you ...mask fit? Leaks? Pressure settings? etc??????Cpapuser18 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 17, 2018 9:20 amHello, this is my first time using a CPAP machine. while we are all on cpap here, we aren't necessarily on the same machine. nor on the same mask. and these various and sundry combinations will take a bit of individual tweaks so that it will work out for you in your continued therapy.
don't worry. the majority of us have gotten off to rocky starts. almost no one takes to this straight away.
good luck!

Re: CPAP use
Hi and welcome
Your first step is excellent
Good therapy is all about the details. Pay attention to the small stuff and the big stuff gets better. Do what lsat and zonker said and you are on your way.
Your first step is excellent
