Waiting

How long after my titration study should I wait for my prescription before calling the place? I want to get the ball moving and get my machine.

I got my first machine about a week after my titration study. The sleep clinic and DME were both operated under the same medical center.

How long has it been already?
Given enough time for the test to be analyzed, office paper shuffling, and signatures, etc,
a week sounds fair to me. Under a week might be too much to hope for, but it has happened.
You could call--just to ask how long to expect to wait.
Remain calm--you sound like a great candidate for treatment.
Just don't let them stick you with a brick.

I got a call at lunch that they got my prescription and they needed me to come in to pick up my machine and get fitted for my mask. I asked what their earliest was, and they said today at 3pm. Luckily, my job understands, so I took that appointment. I don't know if I will be getting a CPAP or a BiPap. Any recommendations for the Bi-Pap?
