No Data Transmission

I just discovered that there has been no data transmitted the last two nights from my ResMed Airsense machine to my app on the iPhone and iPad. I've used the machine as usual both nights. Do I assume this has something to do with AT&T - could they down? Have not had any problems since getting this new machine last fall. Will call the DME tomorrow but don't know what to do to restore this function. (I've not changed any settings, like for instance putting it in airplane mode).

This comes up over and over. I don't understand why people worry about it. You can get all the MyAir information off the display on the CPAP machine. And, there is no one at the DME who gives a hoot about missing data.

I'm in the exact same boat. No data transmission since 8AM on July 2nd. I did the requisite checking on my machine and everything is normal, airplane mode is off, machine showing bars, I even pulled the plug and waiting about 10 minutes to plug it back in. No dice.

I'm guessing this is a problem on their end.

I just read an e from Resmed about the problem, but earlier this morning I wondered if they were blocking my access because of downloading the ResScan.

they said info is slow. relax. it's on their end and it will come in time. the good news is some of the info is starting to flow in.
