Hi There,
I've been using a HME (or "artificial nose") for traveling. It's been great and I'm not noticing any problems, but are there any standards regarding how often these should be replaced? Manufacturer says after 7 nights but that seems awfully short to me.
Thanks.

It is, but that is how they are designed.
Some have gotten more time out of one--but YMMV.
The chemical doing the work gets "used up"--and is not offered as a renewal kit.
Someone with more knowledge of the product might have ideas.

Thanks. That seems awfully wasteful. Let’s hope someone has better solution.
