Advice on Settings
So I finally eliminated the moisture in the pillows issue by increasing hose temp to 70 degrees and humidity to 2. I have Resmed 10 for her. I still felt like I wasn't getting enough air through the night or was breathing too fast and was able to use machine for 5 hours which is much better than the 1 or 2 hours in previous months. Here are my charts and settings. Should I change my EPR back to 3 and leave pressure settings as I have and see how it goes. Are my numbers okay or should I be worried. I just want to wake up rested.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Advice on Settings
Too small to read and no link. I can't see any thing besides the AHI which is pretty good.

Sorry about size. I did mac image with shift control 4 but when I tried upload it wouldn't let me because size was to big and this is the size that is allowable in attachments.

Inside SleepyHead use F12 or look under the "View" menu takes a screenshot. It will be smaller in size than using "shift control 4"Snorynomore wrote: ↑Sat Feb 17, 2018 9:45 pmSorry about size. The screen shot will be in your SleepyHead folder you created for your profile.
Using the "Help" menu and search "screenshot"

Re: Advice on Settings
I used the sleep head screen shot and image is still too big. Do I have to use Imgur for image to present correctly or is there another way other than resizing and then too small?

I do screen capture then paste in paint then save and upload that file.

Re: Advice on Settings
The forum was just revised a few days ago. Prior to this revision, outside sites such as imgur were used to post data (figures and links). I don't know if the new forum website makes posting data easier but I doubt it.Snorynomore wrote: ↑Sat Feb 17, 2018 10:46 pmI used the sleep head screen shot and image is still too big. So - imgur worked in the past and still works. Not sure what the other options are.

Re: Advice on Settings
Okay, here goes. It was pointed out earlier by Pugsy that this explanation is more complicated than using Imgur.
Yes, use "Paint" if you're in Windows
On a Mac, open the screenshot in "Preview" Most of the time double click on file will do this
Under the "File" menu, choose "Export" or "Save as" This changes on newer OS
Choose the "Format" to be "JPEG"
Drag the slider for the "Quality" to be lower than "150KB" This size restriction may change at any time for this board
I believe with the earlier screenshots used in this thread, the picture was made smaller in physical size, vs reducing the size of the file with reduced quality.
