Philips dreamstation Bipap not supported by sleepyhead

Post by Controlshift » Wed Jan 03, 2018 3:48 am

Sleepy head says it dosent support the dreamstaion bipap. I hoped it would as it supports the cpap.
It's great software. Just a pity I can't use it anymore

Have you tried the latest version?
It doesn't work on the ASV model but will work on the regular BiPap model DreamStation.
Did you end up with the ASV model? If so it was released long after the latest version was released and so it won't work but the other BiPaps do.
If you have the ASV model your only choice is Encore Pro and the latest version as older versions won't work.

Looks like you have the DreamStation AVAPS model 1130 and it may not be compatible as I think it was also released after this last version of SleepyHead.
Check version upper left corner of SleepyHead when open....latest is 1.0.0 Beta 2

The regular BiPap DreamStation...the Pro and the Auto SleepyHead with work with but not the high end specialty machines.
You most likely will need Encore Pro. Windows only software.

I'm restricted to Ubuntu. The lasted build is 1.0.0-beta-1 for ubuntu which is what I'm using.
I guess I'll have to wait or use the other software you suggested
