I'm curious as to what 17cm H2O via the nose delivers for me in terms of PAP where it counts (at the posterior pharynx, etc) compared to what the same setting of 17 cm H2O delivers for the average person. I guess there's no easy way to figure that our for myself. From what I've read, measures of nasal resistance while awake are not of any practical significance.

I also have no idea. Is your nasal passage adequate so that you can breath without the mouth when awake (without the PAP)? Mine is but I have to make an effort to keep the lips shut so I don't cheat. I had my septum repaired when I was 20. Helped me lessen sinus infections.

I'm the same.

I really like using pillows. Even when I am fully congested I work hard to get the air path open and then it stays open all night. In the morning, I take of the pillows and the congestion comes back
