I know some changes were made to the forum. Are guests still allowed to post? I don't see any posting. It seems there used to be many.

Guests are welcome to READ anything public, forum posts, stickies, wikis, etc.
Just no posting or PM's, and cannot vote on polls.
The search box is available, as well as most browsers, with the word "cpaptalk" added to the subject.
