Ok Great thank you. I'll up the pressure to 10 tonight and see what happens. I'll move the leak graph down, and the pressure. What other graph would be useful for the top 3 if I move the Leak Rate graph down?Pugsy wrote:I use the Snipping tool all the time. I don't really need to see the leak graph because I don't think you had any large leaks. There are no large leak flags showing on the Events graph.
And I suppose we could remove the pressure graph since it's always going to be a fixed pressure with your machine.
Really only need the pressure graph when pressures vary.
I think you need to try a little more pressure. You have more OAs, hyponeas and snores than I would like to see and that points to sub optimal therapy.
The CA stuff we have to ignore for the time being but they could be post arousal CAs meaning the OAs cause an arousal and then you get a post arousal pause in breathing which then gets a CA flag.
Fix what we know needs fixing and the see how many CAs remain....so more pressure to fix the OAs, hyponeas and snores...and you probably would have some flow limitations show up if your machine flagged FLs but it doesn't.

Re: STARTING AGAIN
I don't really need to see any other graphs other than the ones I mentioned.
SleepyHead gives us a lot more graphs than we really need for basic evaluation and overview of things.
The others pretty much have such a wide variation in normals that they really can't tell us much.

Great thank you, I'll check in tomorrow with a new graph from tonight. Have a great rest of your Saturday.

Re: STARTING AGAIN
It's a little better.
I would give it 2 or 3 more nights and if it stays around this AHI and looks like this one then I would do another 1 cm increase.

Re: STARTING AGAIN
Your numbers have improved. How was your sleep? You might need a little more pressure but I would keep this pressure for a few more days. If the OA's and Hypopneas still need a little help then I would increase to 11. The CA's seem to have decreased and probably related to arousals. They don't seem to be a problem at this time.
I got ready to submit this and saw Pugsy had the same idea.

Re: STARTING AGAIN
Thanks both...I'll stay at 10 for a few days and repost. Sleep is good. I don't move at all, which I remember. I thought I would be able to sleep in an hour longer but no luck...Ugh. It;s just my internal clock I guess.
