What a pleasant surprise! Turning a new leaf before the New Year?

Nice to see you, Den. I thought maybe you fell in the creek or something! What will the fish do without you??

Yep. There's a bunch but I can't fit everybody in it.

Snoredog always went easy on me. Only once do I remember him getting a bit impatient with me, and even then he didn't come at me hard - just direct. Soon after I got here, lost and desperate, he sold me my first autopap at a real good deal, and continued to hand-hold me through the adjustment period. I think I was his pet project for a while. The chat room was a big part of my feeling like this was my online family. When the chat format changed and to become not so user friendly I felt the loss. It used to be compartmentalized and easier to follow. Anyone remember how in chat we could select our font color and it made it easier to follow who was talking? I was clueless though. Found out later there was some "hooking up" going on. lol

I’m not back in the daily habit of checking in (stayed away a lot during the troll’s term). But what a breath of fresh air!

Definitely a more relaxed vibe around here now. I'm glad to see that return.

I find myself coming here a lot more again. Kind of stayed away for a while there, good to enjoy coming back.

My cpap brother....so kind of you to ask.
As I said in a post long ago, that time has passed.
There are plenty of others to attend to those tasks.

I am still a daily presence here, though. Cpaptalk continues to be,
for me, a microcosm of life. The ebb and flow to be viewed everyday.
Very hard to let go of something so powerful it can save lives, mine included.

Some still here...... you, Den, DS ( the first to welcome me here), snoredog.
..and the green man, GumbyCT, that was kind enough to give me the 2x4 upside
my head......will never be forgotten.
I would wager a guess that I am the one and only person in the world that
still uses Sleepguy's full head gear papcap every night.

I guess it is one of life's harder lessons, that eventually, things change and
they will never go back to being the way it was. Has been for me.

I'm still out on my bike. Building stuff. Growing stuff.
Making the most of all that I have been given. Grateful! Life is good.

So far none of the old relatives seem to have done anything to violate detente in the spreading DMZ.

Not sure what the Vegas odds are on the duration of status quo, though.
