STARTING AGAIN
Hello all, I just starting using my CPAP again after a year off. I am posting an overview of my last few days. Anyone have any input on the numbers and should I change my pressure? I don't have insurance any longer so I am not currently seeing my Dr. regarding any of this. Thank you.

Re: STARTING AGAIN
Instead of just the OverView graphs can you also include a typical detailed report from one night? A night that is typical for you.

Re: STARTING AGAIN
Is your machine a 450 or 550 model machine? Model number on the bottom of the blower if you don't know where to find it.

Re: STARTING AGAIN
What version of SleepyHead are you using?
The detailed image from last night will be fine since that's really all you have that is recent..
The one that shows all the graphs and stuff...
Need the AHI stuff on the left side showing event category breakdown and the graphs on the right that we need..
Events
Flow rate
Leak
Pressure

Re: STARTING AGAIN
Try 10 cm pressure for 2 or 3 nights and see what happens.

Re: STARTING AGAIN
Ok, I can move the leak graph up one as that is prob more important than pressure, I am at 9. My f12 would not work to take a screen shot? I had t0 use the snipping tool?Pugsy wrote:What version of SleepyHead are you using?

Re: STARTING AGAIN
I use the Snipping tool all the time. I much prefer it to the screenshots taken with Sleepyhead and I don't accidentally hit the full screen toggle which has a bug in it that creates problems.
I don't really need to see the leak graph because I don't think you had any large leaks. There are no large leak flags showing on the Events graph.
And I suppose we could remove the pressure graph since it's always going to be a fixed pressure with your machine.
Really only need the pressure graph when pressures vary.
I think you need to try a little more pressure. You have more OAs, hyponeas and snores than I would like to see and that points to sub optimal therapy.
The CA stuff we have to ignore for the time being but they could be post arousal CAs meaning the OAs cause an arousal and then you get a post arousal pause in breathing which then gets a CA flag.
Fix what we know needs fixing and the see how many CAs remain....so more pressure to fix the OAs, hyponeas and snores...and you probably would have some flow limitations show up if your machine flagged FLs but it doesn't.
