APAP Breeze Mask User HELP! *Again*

Post by Morraine » Sun Nov 19, 2017 11:59 am

Well BOTHER - the mask I got from another person here is now leaking - the tube that goes over the top has many pinholes - and I can't plug them for some reason, the plastic is very thin and apparently breaking down.

So two things - does anyone have Breeze mask parts - the tubing and frame I'd be interested in buying if they are not 'holey'.

Second thing - if you used a Breeze mask, what in the WORLD did you 'move to' that is similar and works?

I had tried many masks before I found the "Breeze' and now I have a mask filled with holes that isn't helping my apneas at all.

TIA!

You looking for the one for Breeze nasal pillows?...or the DreamWear cushion?
I have no idea if the headgear is interchangeable or not.

I found available the DreamSeal cushion model. Unsure if it is what you are looking for or will work with yours.

Which part has holes in it.... the hose part?
Is this the part? I know this isn't available but I am trying to figure out exactly which part you are talking about so we know exactly which part you are talking about.

The DreamSeal cushion version of the Breeze is what I also found as being available.
I cannot find the nasal pillow version anywhere though. I don't remember enough about the Breeze to know if the DreamSeal cushion version will work with the nasal pillow version and if my memory is right...OP here is using the nasal pillow version.

Dreamseal is still available.

Breeze mask with nasal pillows is not. I have been using this version since 2004.

I need the parts to keep my mask going.

What you posted is correct, but it's not available at that store any longer.

I am asking here in the forums since I know many have masks on the shelf they
didn't like or no longer use.

I am also asking what anyone who used a Breeze nasal pillow what they moved TO since I can't find any other mask
'type' that works with my face and nose.

Yes, and I am looking for that part from anyone here because that has been doubled in price, since the Breeze was discontinued.

I used to use Breeze but switched to the Opus 360 several years ago and like it very much. The Opus has the hose over the head hose feature (like the Breeze) but I read you can change that to other positions. The Opus 360 is similar to the Breeze but it has less parts. Seems like more can go wrong with the Breeze especially when you travel internationally like I do. I always worried I would break the Breeze somehow. There doesn't seem to be a breakable part with the Opus 360. Opus 360 is a much better product imho.
