Linda,

I agree with rested gal regarding the Breeze nasal pillows. That is what I use and they work great. Rarely have any leak and I toss and turn all night. You might want to give them a try, I think you will like them.

As for the "O" word, I can relate.

I haven't tried bi-pap, but I love the C-Flex!

I had trouble breathing out at 14. I can't imagine what it would be like at 18!

Don't feel bad -- that is a lot of air pressure to breathe out against!

C-flex seems to do a kind of "ramp" within each breath. Makes a big, big difference for me!
