I can see the graph. Except for the large leaks, I'd be crapping rainbows if those were my numbers.

Thanks!! The large leaks are mouth breathing,( I think ) and even though I use a cervical collar I can still let some air out of the pie hole. These leaks are mild up against most nights. But as Pugsy says, not to worry to much about leaks when every thing else looks good and you feel good...I also try keeping my tongue glued to the top of my mouth, but the habit never took...Yet!

That's a unicorns and rainbows graph--except for the leaks. I hope you can get get those under control and then you can hang your graph in an art gallery!

You could probably do with a wee bit more pressure, I'm guessing that either snores or flow limitations are causing the pressure to jump around.

You might try wearing a cloth headband across your lips. that might make a sizeable difference in the leaks... it helps encourage your lips to stay closed.

Thank you Palerider, I will up my pressure a tiny bit and hope for better stats. I have tried a soft headband around my lips and it didn't seem to stop mouth leaks. Have also tried chin straps too. When I wake up during the night, I never feel any leaks coming out from around my P10. Don't think I ever have snores any more but will open that chart and take a second look...

Problem is that leaks can cause the cpap not to detect events which simply means the AHI can be misleading.

Except for leaks, your data is great. If you feel good then you are all set. If you are not yet sure if your sleep is optimal, then tackle the leaks to see if it makes a difference. As a test, tape the lips and see.

This is not true. The machine *CAN* detect events even with really bad leaks, but above around 30-35lpm it starts to be unable to tell what TYPE of event is happening, and will flag an apnea as a UA, Unknown Apnea, instead of CA or OA.

Which leads misleading to AHI count.

Grybeard, while your leak line does exhibit some of the characteristics of mouth leaks (flat, plateau shaped), those sharp rapid increases in leak could be caused by something else - like your pillows being pulled away from your nose; especially since you've adopted measures to minimize mouth leaks.
To sort this out, you could, as TedVPAP mentioned above, tape to prevent mouth leaks and see if this type of leaks still occurs which would indicate something other than mouth leaks. You might also gain some insight by comparing your waveforms to examples in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=112758#p1085906
If you suspect the pillows are leaking, you might try clipping the mask house to your night shirt so it isn't pulled away from your face by the main hose. I use a suspender type clip attached to the mask hose with a piece of Velcro and then clipped to my night shirt so the mask hose remains pretty much in the same relative position regardless of my movement.
