Blurred vision ?

Great....now what...

I've had the mask on my face every night for at least 8 hours. Not really feeling any better. My face is sore.

Now my vision is blurry. Just within the last few days. What the hell ?

Anyone ?

Russ,

The fact that your wearing your mask for 8 hours is great now you just have to work out the kinks.

Sore face might mean you have the mask too tight which could mess with your eyes or a leak into your eyes could be the problem.

For the not feeling better part are you sure your not leaking out of your mouth? This would make your treatment useless.Also it will take some time to get caught up on your sleep.

These are all guesses on my part, the more specific you are the better help you will get.

Most importantly don't give up it will work if you keep at it!

Is that blurry distant eyesight or up close???

I had the same problem the other day. I think it was from an air leak which blew into my eye part of the night. As the day progressed it seemed to clear up. I've been being very careful to move the mask further away from my eyes and it seems to have worked so far.

distant

seems better today. maybe it was the air blowing in my eyes.

i feel pretty okay today except for the back pain.
