I removed and re-installed SH and it says "sorry your Phillips Respironics BIPAP autoSV Advanced machine is not currently supported"? Any updates or suggestions?

Which version of SleepyHead and which model ASV?

I have a Respironics Dream ST auto SV H/C. DS. Product code is DSX900H11C.
I cleared all SH from laptop and installed V1.0.0 beta 2, it still says "sorry your Phillips Respironics BIPAP autoSV Advanced machine is not currently supported", once I insert data card for uploading

I wondered if you had got a new machine.
The DreamStation ASV is NOT compatible with any SleepyHead version and we have no idea when it might be updated so that it will be.
The new Respironics ASV was just release not long ago and the file format is such that SleepyHead can't read it.

There is a newer version of Encore Pro that might work with the DreamStation ASV. I haven't actually seen it work.
I have the new version and if you want to send me a copy of your entire SD card I can see if it will work before your going through all the work needed to install and use Encore Pro. It's a bitch.

Encore Pro is Windows only...so if you don't have Windows you would have to put Windows on something to use it.
