Hey guys--
I have been on CPAP therapy for about 6 years (or so) and have had great results until the last couple months. I have been waking up a lot at night lately, I adjust my position and then go back to sleep. This last weekend a friend of mine said I was snoring loudly while wearing my CPAP mask. My mouth is closed while I am snoring.
Right now I am running a pressure of 14 to 20 with my average pressure 18.9 per my machine. Is it possible that I need an even stronger pressure to keep from snoring?
I am sure I will probably need another sleep study to determine next steps, just hoping someone on this board has had the same experience as I on this.
Thanks,
Rome

Why aren't you taking control of your own treatment, use Sleepyhead , you will find out your treatment needs to be better. Jim probably leaking too much or pressure too low. JimRomeinDNVR wrote:Hey guys--

Yes, it's possible. Which means you'd need a bilevel, the extra inhalation pressure possible could nip that snoring in the bud.RomeinDNVR wrote:Right now I am running a pressure of 14 to 20 with my average pressure 18.9 per my machine.
