My trusty ResMed S6 finally started to wear out on me as the bearings went bad. So my new primary machine is the Apex XT Fit. I will not get up on a soap box about the big three manufacturers at this point. But I will tell you all that so far the XT Fit is functioning just fine, and I will report how it goes over time.
Thank you.

My emergency/travel machine is a DeVillBiss Intellipap Autoadjust.
I notice it is a big seller among folks on a budget.
I wonder how the sales stack up between the two.
I chose mine because of easy DC use. I can plug it into the lighter if napping in a rest area.
