AHI on loaner was as high as 15. Much better with your help on new DSX700###. I tried Biotene and also the Simply Saline for my stuffy nose since changing machine. The humidifier was at 3 last night which yielded a good night's sleep along with morning wheeze & cough, which cleared without extra meds, just breathing exercises. Following is SH data from 8/15. I tried to tag these on Imgur with cpap as tag, just in case the links don't work. Not sure if it worked.

Looking good. I wouldn't change a thing in terms of the machine's pressures.
The humidity...work with it to find a happy compromise between nose and lung and you should be fine.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
