Why i am getting too much air pressure in my nose during my sleep while mine CPAP pressure is set from 4 to 14.

CPAP pressure can be set for 4 cm or 14 cm not both.

OP, do you mean the starting pressure is set to 4 cmH2O and the target pressure that it ramps up to is set to 14 cmH2O?

If so, your ramp time may be set to zero, IOW ramp function is turned off and it's going to full pressure immediately.
