Last night I had a zero AHI! However, I have no idea why and no particular circumstance that seems to stand out from any other night.
Any ideas?

That happened to me once as well. My AHI is usually between .5 and 3. One day it was zero. Never again since. I have no idea why that happened or how to make it happen again. Still hoping for a repeat.
