Non sleep apnea related...

Post by alpha752 » Sun Jul 09, 2017 6:59 pm

Ok, this isn't exactly sleep apnea related, but I thought I would find some kindred spirits amongst this group. A fair percentage of us with OSA are over weight, and that is the basis of my question.

I am a large man, 6'3" 365lbs. My belly hangs over the waist of my pants considerably. Recently, my belt has been causing me considerable pain from digging into my belly. I have to wear a belt, because I have no hips to speak of, so even tighter pants fall off. I have moved my belt buckle to the side, and that helped a bit, but the belt itself digs in. I have to wear jeans/dress pants to work. Has anyone found a soft belt solution that might help? I am not a fan of suspenders.

Sorry for the off topic, mods feel free to remove if necessary. Thanks.

=============

you dont have to be a fan to do the correct thing
use suspenders

get the really old mans trousers that come up to the arm pits
then the belt wont hurt
Speaking from experience?
