Thanks for providing this forum to enable such a great exchange of information.
To provide some info about me:
I am 36 years male and have been using CPAP for last 4 months.
My AHI was 17 and pressure is 9cm.
I use ResMed CPAP machine with nasal pillow.
I also tape my mouth while sleeping.
Problem:
It seems that when I use CPAP, my lower jaw slides slightly to the left in the morning.
My dentist calls this "CR/CO discrepancy" and initially thought that it was because of my teeth/cavities not symmetric.
But I went off CPAP machine for a week and the issue was gone.
I am back on CPAP machine for last week and I see that issue now.
Also, the problem is most enhanced in the morning and wanes by the night time.
When I wake up in the morning with CPAP, I am clenching and it almost feels like my teeth are holding on to my lower jaw from sliding more.
Has anyone else experienced similar issue?
Any thoughts/suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks a bunch for reading my post, I appreciate your time.

Re: Nasal pillow and lower jaw sliding to side
Do a forum search on teeth grinding... maybe one on mouthguards... you may be doing it without knowing (apparently) and if you have questions after reading a bit please come back to this thread with them.
Re: Nasal pillow and lower jaw sliding to side
I started using a mouth guard for grinding issues before I started CPAP. I am glad I have the guard as I use a chin strap which keeps the teeth is contact.
