I went to a new doctor a few months ago. I'm not sure how she did it, but she "registered" my machine so she could monitor data and make changes. I have not changed doctors and he is unable to override her registration so that he can have access. I have talked to both old and new DMEs (changed DME at time of changing doctor) and they don't know the answer.
Thought I check and see if anyone here has any thoughts on this before I call Resmed.
Thanks.

My priorities in life are God, family, and baseball. Starting in April, I do change the order around a bit.
Re: Registering machine
Is there a modem on the back of your CPAP?

Re: Registering machine
I believe the new DR {she} will have to De-register the machine before it can be register again.
If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

Re: Registering machine
Contact Resmed through their website. They can remove all registration allowing it to be re-registered. They did that for my used machine. Go to Resmed.com and click SUPPORT. Then scroll all the way down to CONTACT US for the phone number. If you do it through MyAir, you can send email and I got a quick response that way.
