First I have to thank everyone for their insistence on an APAP and ideas on what to say to the DME and doctors. Following the steps you guys set out has made much easier to get everything - I cant believe how much better this new machine is! I have the software on the way, but until then I have been going by the screen readout to track my progress. I have only used it one night, but there is no usage information not even an hour reading. Everything reads zero. I followed someone elses instructions to unlock all the menus and it worked its just no showing any information. Anyone have any suggestions?
