Prescription needed?

Post by Pad A Cheek » Thu Sep 21, 2006 4:51 am

I checked the link, and was surprised to see on page 5 of the FDA letter that this mask is prescription needed, as opposed to over the counter.

I wonder if this is a future change for XPAP masks.

Greetings,

We are still expected to get these in late next week. When we list them I will post a notice here for all interested. We are not on F&P's radar for this launch and have no demos or trials.

Johnny

They have now listed the 432 on CPAP.com - and it says its expected shipping date is 10/9/06.

Before I shell out the $$$, I'm going to see if my DME will order one for me. My mask says "medium" on the seal. Will the new mask also need to be a medium? I seem to recall something about sizing changes.
