Need Help with Adjustments - Sleepyhead

Post by sack time » Sun May 14, 2017 11:18 am

Last night I ended up increasing my settings as advised. First screen shot is before increase where setting was 7 - 11. Second screen shot is after increase with settings of 9 - 20. My AHI went from 6.34 to 3.35. Would there be a way to get a lower number?

There was a section where there was periodic breathing for 5 min and 2 secs. Is this a problem? Why does leak rate show 0.00 on left, but graph shows around 26.7. Should I do anything else with my settings?

Thank you!!

please don't start new threads all the time, it makes it harder to help you, keeping all your stuff in one thread makes it easier for folks to see what's been said before, and thus to help you.

higher minimum pressure will likely result in a lower AHI. just like raising the pressure lowered it last night.

a short stint of PB is nothing to worry about.

there are two leak lines, total leak, and "leak". though for the most part your 'leak' is right at zero with only a couple of bumps above it, look at the bottom of that chart.

Thank you, Palerider. Should I add my post to my previous post or just leave the message here on its' own since I started a new one?

just continue on with this thread, you could put a link to the other one, but I think just going forward from here is the easiest thing.
