There's a lot of really smart folks here who can help with treatment suggestions - I'm not one of them. But I can tell you that the DreamMapper app doesn't provide data that's useful for more than a cursory snapshot of your treatment. Your AHI is generally under 5, which is considered "treated". But generally, the lower the better (mine's slowly working down to a steady below-2, and I'm still not feeling especially rested much of the time....takes patience).
Best answer to if you're successfully treated is how are you feeling, what improvements have you noticed? And to take advantage of those smart people here, download SleepyHead and post your results. There's a sticky at the top of the forum that makes it all clear, including how to post the screenshots without annoying the folks here. Sleep-deprived people can get grouchy about little things like gigantic screenshots.
Good luck!

What do you mean by a "sticky"? I'm trying to find it.

It's the first post, in the announcements section - Pugsy's Pointers...SleepyHead Tutorial and TX Hints. Lots of good stuff in there.

Hi DeannaPap,
Please add your equipment in your profile so that it appears at the bottom of all your posts.
Download the free Sleepyhead software to get much more info from your data and use Imgur to post your graphs - see 'Pugsy's Pointers' sticky.
If you're below an AHI of 5 it's a good start and it's working well, especially if you're sleeping well and feeling refreshed. Folk here can help you to optimize your therapy but you'll have to help them by presenting your data the way they want to see it - Good luck!
